Lindsey did an excellent job with our party! She was attentive to our needs and did a great job communicating! She was very clear in outlining what we should expect and when. The kids had a blast and that was really my only priority! Kids got to be kids! Thanks again CEC staff! I didn't catch the names of the girls at the ticket counter but they were also very patient with the kiddos.
The lady that did my grandaughters party was so nice but seemed inexperienced and the girls at the counter taking orders didn't listen and were rude!! I understand it's hectic in there but they knew that when they applied for the job. Pizza was cold and drinks tasted like carbonation. Plus the girl at the door didn't check any stamps as we left and she let a guests little boy almost make it to the street..WITHOUT AN ADULT
Fun place to go with Family & friends. Awesome food.
Food is "okay" and decently priced and my two year old loves it, but only so much she could do. Most games are for older kids that take tokens which she doesn't really how that works yet. As far as cleanliness goes, I was grossed out. Boogery kids running around everywhere with no shoes or socks, unattended and so rude. Where are your parents!? It was packed when we went so probably won't be back anytime soon. On a weekend at least.
We had an excellent time at our daughters 4th bday party today and I would have given it a 5, but our party planner, Mildred had everything to do with our amazing time & The actual establishment had only a little to do with it. Mildred was amazing at her job!! She made my daughter feel so special & she was so spunky! Unfortunately we found out that today was Mildred's last day. My son had a blast for his 6th birthday and Jake our host was awesome only reason for a four was what internet said and what store did doesnt match up
They kids running around with no parents and some kid tried to take my sons coins away by putting is hand in the coin cup and i bought an ice cream cone and it half a tooth pick in it
