We went there with a ton of tokens we had from our last visit only to find out they transitioned to digital cards. $10 for a card is a bit ridiculous, but at least you can transfer your tokens to the card. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pay out of tickets from the games is a joke though.
Nice and clean. Friendly staff. I found a bag of weed in the bathroom and alerted the manager. Pretty sad people need to bring their drugs to a place for children!!!
Go here all the time with my grandkids ! Always a great time! Staff is always very friendly
The staff seem to really dislike their job. Very rude service especially for a place your paying a lot of money to go. Would never go back.
I'm from the Rockford, IL area and our Chuck E. Cheese's is dirty, old and not in a great area and the food is terrible. I found the Janesville location and it's soooo nice, employees very friendly and I love the layout, the foods not bad either! We've taken our grandson twice and will continue to come to this location! ��
Need to do something about that salad bar terrible
I was impressed by the GF pizza and personalized pizza cutter!!
