We've been here a few times and the other times were just fine. It was exactly as you expect, kids had fun, and the pizza was decent. This time however, was pretty bad, not horrible, but definitely not enjoyable. We got a Groupon, the barcode scanner didn't want to scan the Groupon barcode, which I know is no one's fault. Then we asked for the pizza to come out later, we didn't want the pizza at 4:30, we wanted it closer to dinner time. Which the cashier kind of acted like that was an odd request. I went to this location with my residents who have mental disabilities. We were greeted with a disgusting look from one of the staff, and then rudely stated that we were old enough and didn’t need a stamp on our hands, which made one of my residents upset. It was her birthday and she had been waiting for this trip for a long time. I was extremely let down, and felt extremely upset for the way this worker was acting. Fun place for the kids! Used to bring my now grown children here all the time! Only miss the tokens & tickets dispensing they used to do....:/
The staff is lacking We had a six kid party I had to go back to the desk six to eight times just to get the few items that were included in the package. They had no candles for the birthday cake It was awful! The staff acted like we were bothering them rolling their eyes no consideration for their mistakes whatsoever and we were a very happy family We didn't cause any ruffles there but we want you to know that they should be retrained.
