1/5 stars - hosted a party here, food was good and staff were nice. the chucky costume is DISGUSTING, there was a massive brown stain on the shirt. It reeked of sweat and BO and after my son posed with it he developed rashes all over his arms. NOT COMING AGAIN!! 🤢🤢🤢
Shay was fabulous at explaining the passes and food options. First time at Chuck E Cheese, and we had a blast
Short staffed as always but they do actually seem to be trying here. I wish there were more smiles on the employees faces but I can understand that it can be tough when you are that overworked every shift! The kids always have a great time at this location.
fun place for kids. the never have enough employees, and at least two games are always broken, every time we go. and the ice cream machine has been broken for years.
