This place was horrible, it was terribly understaffed and way too expensive, you have to buy the 15 dollar socks and after the 30 minutes it took to get those, my kids were only able to play for 5 minutes, one needed help getting down so I went and helped her and they sent someone over to tell me that I couldn’t get up there with her. So I’m not allowed to help her but also there was no one watching the kids to make sure they were okay in the first place. The staff was wonderful and the food was great! It was clean and bright and perfect for a family oriented gathering. We had a really great visit.
My child enjoyed it, staff were laid-back
