To be the only Chuck E. Cheese in the Columbia area, I would think the service would be better with all the money they are making. We celebrated our son's 3rd birthday there. The service was horrible. The site says that you are going to have a dedicated host or hostess for you and your party. Our host came to take our order and disappeared.
