Everything was good except the ticket counters were all broken. The workers were fixing one after another. Things would run ALOT smoother if those 2 machines were just replaced with new ones. I spent almost 45 minutes counting tickets because the machine would just go out of order in the middle of counting my tickets...... very frustrating!
I had great time w/kids . My grand daughter loved da train.
Wonderful party host..
I'm loving how they are bringing in different games into the facility. More active for the kids!! Like the bicycle game.
It was awful we arrived for a birthday party at 5:30pm the host was rude and after someone asked what her issue was she stormed away and never returned! So we had no party host and no one seemed to care .
