Jessica was the bomb last night! She was so sweet and friendly! She took such good care of us.
The employees are on top of their game here! I’m disabled and have a two year old VERY ACTIVE toddler. This is the one place I can go and not be a nervous wreck. The staff pay close attention even when you are distracted with ordering or payments. I even forgot my credit card and went back the next day, they had it secured in a locked drawer and saved me a ton of trouble cancelling the card. I hope they all get pay raises! I’ll be a customer that continues to email, call and write until they do get a raise!!!
Great place for the kids to enjoy
We went on a Wednesday when kids would be in school so my 3 yr old had a blast! I felt comfortable letting him having so independence and running around since there were only a handful or people there. He loved the play pass not having to carry around coins is a huge plus for kids and when it ran out it was time to go. I liked that the $30 went a long way. Normally that goes in 30 mins but I think we were there for a good 2 hour run.
They upgrades are nice. Kids enjoyed
My grandson loves this place; it's a place where a kids can be a kid...I really enjoyed the salad bar it was clean with fresh salad and accessories to complete the salad...My favorite is the card to activate the games (no more coins, yeah)...
We went yesterday and adults were pulling up chairs and playing games over and over again with piles of tickets all over the floor. This is a place for kids. Many of the games ran out of tickets and there were barely any employees that could be found. My three year old loves it here, but if he can’t play half the games due to adults hogging them and gambling like it’s a casino then we won’t come back. Although, I’m sure that this is so their child can get that outrageous 2,000 ticket toy on the wall. Which is also ridiculous... read more
