wished they still done the tokens... however, it was a fun day with the grands
While I didn't taste the food, and aside from the extreme decibel level, my stongest concern was that apparently the children are no longer protected.... they had a sticky ticket on back of shirt that said child safety - however no way to identify who they came in with and could have been taken out by anyone. I'm very disappointed in this. I really want to feel like my kids can play without my having to stand right over them. Won't be seeing anymore Chuck E Cheese at this rate.
The kids had a great time, that is all that's important !!!
A little disappointed about the mouse not coming out to greet kids he just hung around a b day party and Ignored all the other kids my son was crushed other than that we had a great time
We are regulars to this location and I can't praise the staff enough! They are always so kind to us. Very attentive! Today we came in and had the place to ourselves. The staff gave us the royal treatment! Pizza, tons of tickets and prizes! The munchkin had a great time ! Thank you for all you do!
The service was bad .It took 20 minutes just to get table cleaned after I offered to wipe it down myself .The kids liked it and that's what matters.Will not go back to OkC Chuck Cheese again . If I had been a good critic or someone as in ownership or inspector it would have been very dissapointing .Health wise just tables and watching salad bar unattended for to long ,then requested bathrooms needed to be cleaned no excuse .
