Overall not a bad place for the kids to have fun. The food is not bad. However, being a kid place the bathroom should reflect the kid environment. First, there should be a family type bathroom for the comfort of parents when having to change their kids. If not, the changing station shouldn't be located at the entrance of the bathroom in everyone's path. Makes it quite difficult trying to change a child and have to move because of the foot traffic.
The kids were happy, had fun. I think the 2 hour limit is two short. You’re being rushed, it should be enjoyable !!

We usually enjoy coming here and would have given it four stars if it wasn’t for the new time vs points system. My son and I basically picked a few games, and used them until we ran out of time. It doesn’t account for the time the game runs, or if you have to wait for a turn. The staff is always friendly and courteous, but unfortunately now our stays will be shorter, which means we’ll spend less money and buy less food/drinks.
