A great experience. Very sociable and not "pushy". Everyone I came in contact with at the dealership either in person on the phone was very nice and accommodating. I would certainly go back there again. I actually live in California but was in Oregon visiting my family and we decided to go car shopping and I knew I wanted a Lincoln as I have had Lincolns in the past. My family has been doing business with Chuck Colvin in sales and service for as long as I can remember. Every person there is the best! They have honest, hard working, long term employees, support for the community is 2nd to none, and they stand behind their work, and what they sell! This is a great place to do business!!
sorry, if u plan to have work done on your car or truck as i did, dont let them tell you they will get u right in , it took them a week before they did service my truck with lack of talking to there own people, charge you for service that didnt help you get back on the road,not very happy with them, wont go back!!
