Took the wife’s Bronco for a recall repair and it seemed like it was the first time they’ve done one. Had always been pleased with oil changes and thought service would be good to but I guess I was wrong. I will continue on taking all three vehicles for oil changes but not sure about service repairs..
I needed a battery for my truck. I called ahead to make sure there was one in stock and there was. I asked the parts person if service could install it while I waited. He put me on hold and went and asked. When he came back, he said they could, and if they couldn’t, he would do it himself. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
Excellent Service team, First-class customer service, excellent communication, and quick problem resolution. Highly recommended!
Service department is awesome very attentive and knowledgeable group of employees. It sure beats having to drive an hour and a half to a major city for dealer services. I honestly recommend Chuck Brown to everyone..
