I have purchased several vehicles from Chuck Brown Ford and every one of them has been a seamless process.
Ford kept sending a survey regarding recent service on a truck we do not own. Dumb.
After being misdiagnosed at my hometown dealership, I took my vehicle in to Chuck Brown for a second opinion. They quickly identified the problem and repaired my vehicle correctly. It seriously felt like I was driving a new vehicle again! They communicated with me every step of the way and never seemed annoyed by my calls to check in on my baby. They were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and courteous every step of the way. It is definitely worth the drive from surrounding communities!
Took the wife’s Bronco for a recall repair and it seemed like it was the first time they’ve done one. Had always been pleased with oil changes and thought service would be good to but I guess I was wrong. I will continue on taking all three vehicles for oil changes but not sure about service repairs..
