Last week I called to schedule an oil change, they told to come on in and they would get me in and out back on the road and sure enough it happened just like they said. The service department always makes me feel important at Chuck Brown Ford.
Service department was not able to fix my repair issue even after returning my truck multiple times. Be careful when dealing with a service center who is willing to throw parts at an issue and continue to bill full price without actually solving the problem. Service department used to be really well run but can no longer say the same.
Great dealership! The service department fixed my truck in a timely manner and provided me a ride home and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. Thank you
These guys are great. Super helpful, honest and not pushy in anyway. I just bought a truck from them and it took me a few days to get the funds together, and they were very patient and answered all my questions quickly. Jeremy Guerrero was awesome to work with, and was very responsive. If you need a vehicle go check these guys out.
