We love working with Chuck! My husband and I have worked with him to purchase 2 homes and sell 1. He is a wonderful realtor and does an amazing job of explaining the process in understandable ways. He has previous experience as a contractor and can point out flaws and potential fixes in the houses you're looking at. He is kind and courteous, but also stands up for the deals that you desire. Chuck was amazing to work with, and very helpful when it came to understanding the process. He was quick to point out long-term value in a home, and helped us avoid a few places that would have been a money pit. I've already sent one of my friends to him, would gladly do so again.

Chuck is a diligent, kind, and experienced realtor. We came to him as first time home buyers and not sure what we were looking for other than a place to call home in a safe area. Not only was he patient as we didn’t find a home we wanted the first time, he was happy to help when we reached out again. We succeeded in finding a great home because of Chuck. He took time to get to know us and was with us every step of the way.
