I ordered a part specified as “Silver.” The photo on the website order page also showed it was the Silver option among all the choices. I even called them and specifically confirmed that the order needed to be Silver, and I also sent an email specifying “Silver.” Yet, to my surprise, they sent me the part in black. Was this some kind of joke, or was it simply a mistake?
