I am just received the order in the mail, and I'm very happy with it. First, they have some pretty unique charms. I've been looking high and low for a bass clef charm, and was ecstatic when I found it here. They seem to have something for almost every facet of life! The search function on their website is somewhat inefficient, unfortunately. It does not find everything they have based on your keyword. I ordered a bracelet necklace set for my daughter yrs and yrs ago,was told to send back by mail and I would get the correct order! I sent it back, and guess what....no product and no money or credit back!!! Very disgusted with this company. Never ever will I buy any products from this place! I've told all my friends too!!!!!! Disgusted is an understatement!!
