Rad shorts for rad dudes. Get into it.
Ordered a shirt and the item got lost in transit. After multiple emails back and forth Chubbies support claim that they cannot issue me a refund. They can either send me a replacement item or provide me with store credit which is ridiculous. So I will need to buy anything and go through the trouble of returning it which doesn’t make any sense. Next time I will stick with the big chain stores.
Ordrer shorts 12 days ago (suppossed to be shipped with in 3 busines days). Credit card charged. Tryed to call, text, email, "live" chat with no luck - no response. Awful. ps. Chated with somebody at Chabies who promissed to fix it asap, and send it with in 2 days. Once again nothing happened. Unable to talk anybody over phone, no one answers on emais. Stay away from this horrible service.
