Terrible customer service. Ordered several hundred dollars worth of chubbies clothing and was not notified that several items in my order were out of stock and would not be shipped until I reached out to customer service nearly 3 weeks later. You may receive your order, you may not, but either way you are unlikely to be notified if any issues come up. Customer service was less than helpful and there is no way to contact except thorough email or a useless "AI" text bot.

Terrible customer service. It takes days to get in contact with someone to ask for a refund for an unshipped item, that is out of stock. If you request a call, they send a text that goes without response

Ordered a shirt and the item got lost in transit. After multiple emails back and forth Chubbies support claim that they cannot issue me a refund. They can either send me a replacement item or provide me with store credit which is ridiculous. So I will need to buy anything and go through the trouble of returning it which doesn’t make any sense. Next time I will stick with the big chain stores.
