Had insurance for my items in the storage. Was told by the Individual who suggested I get this insurance at extra space storage that it would cover any damage during moving, storage and unloading process. I agreed and paid for months. My tv ended up getting broke and I called the insurance company to file a claim. The advisor was extremely rude and stated they were not going to cover my tv expenses. They Have excellent customer service . They were a big help in getting me in touch with upper management to solve a problem. She was extremely friendly. She was extremely helpful. I have had insurance for years but this agent is excellent .
