I cannot express how badly I have been treated by CHUBB. For 7 months I have been BEGGING them to cancel my policy and stop taking payments. I have emailed at least 13 times since December of 2024 asking to cancel it and made numerous calls. They continued throughout to take the premium. On one instance, after I requested cancelation and wrote back to confirm that it had occurred, they took premiums for the next 3 months without reply. Quit possibly the most inept and incompetent service provider we have ever dealt with. It’s been almost a year waiting for Chubb to pay a claim that their insured admits fault to on top of it being a less than $10k total claim amount. This is not the insurance carrier mind you, or the folks that hold the policy that did the damage to our vehicle. It’s Chubb being useless or devious. Either is the same result.
