I have been trying to get a quote for three days, but I keep getting an error message. I have spoken to them twice on the phone, but they don't provide any information and say they will call me back later. Then, they don't call me with information.
It’s amazing a business like this can stay in business. They’re the worst they suck so bad.
Do not contact Chubb for a quote. They will send your info to multiple brokers.

I bought Chubb insurance for a trip to Mexico. I incurred four bills while there--3 covid tests and one dental x ray for a broken crown. Chubb Mexico kept asking for more and more information, and when they finally asked for something I didn't have, then they denied everything. When I call Chubb America they take no responsibility for Chubb Mexico what so ever, as if there is no connection even though it's called Chubb.
