I bought Chubb insurance for a trip to Mexico. I incurred four bills while there--3 covid tests and one dental x ray for a broken crown. Chubb Mexico kept asking for more and more information, and when they finally asked for something I didn't have, then they denied everything. When I call Chubb America they take no responsibility for Chubb Mexico what so ever, as if there is no connection even though it's called Chubb. I’ve had this insurance for 3 years. They are great at taking my payments. I had a hospital stay off nearly $3000 after medical insurance. This is exactly what CHUBB is supposed to cover. Never chose not to communicate with me. I always have to call them even though I’m supposed to have a personal case worker. My operation was in February I made my claim shortly after.
