We recently relocated to the USA- we had insurance through cover freight - underwritten by Chubb. Our entire container was contaminated. We had a young guy come out to inspect after emails that went on for weeks. He said “light smell” on some items. The items were so strong they needed to be aired on the verge. We lost everything. Chubb then ducked and weaved and offered us an amount that was extremely laughable and outright wrong.
