My girlfriend had a heart attack and filed a claim over 6 weeks ago. So far she has had no communication from CHUBB despite having called 7 times. The support team has been useless, the never have a manager or supervisor they can transfer you to. The best they can do is send an email to a manager asking them to call you. The does absolutely nothing because no one returns the call. This is absolutely unacceptable, she was out of work for weeks and was relying on this insurance.
This insurance company is dangerous for you and your children and grandchildren. Chubb provides insurance to fossil fuel companies so they can continue finding, transporting and selling fossil fuels. At the same time they are raising consumer insurance rates because of the effects of climate change, they are insuring companies that are creating that chaos. It is urgent that we stop putting carbon into our atmosphere, but Chubb is moving us in the opposite direction. Stop insuring fossil fuels, Chubb.
I would not recommend this insurance company virtually no help at all they are cheap but there is no quality in their service or coverage
Slow service. Never reaches out when I called. Jolly... this place is terrible.
