Dr Chuang is an Unprofessional, he lies, and writes things on his Patients Record after seeing them in the E. R. that are total lies!! He states that he performed certain types of physical check up and never did! This doctor’s bedside manners are the worse, no care for the patient! Also, is arrogant and rushes through with his (Asian, Female) assistant!
