Dr. Chuang explained the diagnosis clearly and laid out the plan to resolve the issue. We followed the plan and it worked, my wife got pregnant.
We will not be going back to Dr. Chuang for our fertility needs. We felt very rushed in the room with him. Didn't feel like any of our questions were answered, actually made us both feel stupid. After the results he gave us, he said this is common in the winter months. Didn't seem concerned with anything, well fix you with the medicine approach. No hope with leaving the office. Also they need to work on getting a room specifically for men who are leaving a semen sample that is further away from
I’m amending my review of Dr. Chuang. I’ve called in again a few times and the staff has vastly improved. Their response times and courtesy has also. I’ve figured out Weber. He’s a no no nonsense guy and will give you and wants the facts. That may be the rub for some but as a professional I get it. He’s helping me and that’s what counts.
We had a scheduled appointment for two months and got a call from Dr. Chuang's office the day before the appointment that the doctor had to reschedule and that they would not be able to fit us in for another month. If how Dr. Chuang's staff handles his scheduling is any indication of the type of service you will receive as a patient then you are better off going elsewhere like I will be.
Business response:
I apologize for having to reschedule your appointment on such short notice. On occasion, unexpected surgeries do arise requiring appointments to be rescheduled. We were able to offer you an appointment later the same day, which you declined. A review of your file revealed that you did have an appointment 1 month earlier to which you did not show up nor cancel. I understand that emergencies do arise. I wish you the best.
I've seen Dr. Chaung twice, for TRT and elevated PSA. In both visits, he was prompt, courteous, and professional. Importantly, Dr. Chaung did not seem rushed, responded to my questions, and clearly communicated lab results and implications. Most important to me is that Dr. Chaung listened to my concerns and was willing to mix patient concerns /priorities with his medical expertise. Additionally, the staff was friendly. The total experience has been very positive.
Dr. Chuang was empathetic to my issues. He understood and explained the process of dealing with erectile dysfunction to me and my wife. We appreciated his candor and his ability to inform us in layman’s term what our options were. The whole experience was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend him.
After speaking with Jamie this morning I have decided to fire Dr, Chaung. I was a TRT patient and had a vasectomy and after deciding to have more children I was referred by a doctor who I consider a friend to Weber. My first visit was very pleasant and plan to use HCG and a Estrogen blocker was devised. When I complained of withdrawals I was treated dismissively, my calls were not returned in a timely manner. I was told I could not possibly be having an issue. Jamie is argumentative and combativ
Business response:
Withdrawal symptoms are a known side effect from having taken testosterone. The regimen you were given helps to alleviate the withdrawal symptoms. It may not work as well in a few situations: if your prior testosterone was too high, then returning you to normal levels may make you feel down or if much time has lapsed between your last injection and starting the regimen. Staffing issues is an area in which we strive to improve. We will do better. I wish you the best of luck.
Dr. Chuang is treating me for Low T and male fertility. I have been pleased with his approach, communication and results from his prescribed treatment. On my most recent visit, my wife accompanied me and he was very receptive to our questions and concerns about my treatment.
Dr. Chuang didn't listen about my testicular pain. A brief exam was done to check for varicocele he said he couldn't find anything wrong and ordered a scan this took 4 visits. He felt my weight was the cause of my testicular pain. Scan result showed him 1 varicocele on the left. I didn't trust him to do my surgery. I went to another urologist specialist Dr. Buch who found varicoceles on both sides 1-left 2-right on the 1st visit examination. I had surgery 2weeks later & i'm recovering nicely.
