I decided to spend my birthday at this spa, expecting a relaxing and peaceful day. My appointment started at 8 AM, and while my massage was okay, I’ve definitely had better. After the massage, I was looking forward to unwinding in the spa amenities. However, I didn’t realize that the spa pool was connected to the hotel, which meant there were children in the area. I would skip and rather go to another spa. They claim 50 min session, you may be get 30-40 min of the promised service. The staff is unprofessional and seems like no one has any clue. For the luxury pricing they charge, they need to ensure the experience is comparable too.
A lil pricey but definitely worth it!! Booking my next appointment . Dina was excellent!!
