I’m sharing my experience to WARN other women so you don’t go through what I did. In December 2024 , I had a BBL surgery that I had been planning for over a year. Throughout the entire process, I only saw the doctor twice, once to see if I was a candidate, and the second time on the day of surgery. Everything else was handled by his assistant/secretary. Extremely disappointing front office. I had an appointment scheduled for 12:30 today and I was contacted earlier in the week if I could move it 30 minutes — I said absolutely, no problem. I get a call again today on the day of my appointment to ask if they can shorten my consult time because they have patients at Mountain View. I had the best experience with Dr.Chuaa my surgery was in 2022 and 3 years later my bbl still eats down. Everything about the staff and procedure was 5 star if you’re thinking about getting the surgery here PLEASE DO !!

I loved Dr.Chua and his staff like Daisy. They are truly amazing at what they do. Throughout the whole process before and after my surgery, they have been very caring and professional.
