We are new patients at CHT and I can not say enough great things about their entire staff, wonderful attention to each patient and the office environment. Our 9 year old son was nervous but with CHTs care he is handling braces and an expander like a champ. CHT has raised the bar for the orthodontic experience. Thank you CHT!
The staff here has been exceptional! Kind and patient with all of us, always on time, great about explaining everything from the treatment plan to caring for the teeth/braces etc. would recommend them to anyone!
Wow!!…What do I say, they thought of everything. They have a free brushing station so I can come straight from school and not feel like a yuck-mouth. They give you points for just doing things I should already do like being on time for appts and getting good grades. Your points turn into prizes. They even have Appreciation nights…free movie night at the theatre. Their office is awesome…they have Chicago sports themes at different stations…I was in the BEARS station today…Go Bears! CHT was recommended to us by our pediatric dentist and we have been very happy! Emma got her braces and expander a few weeks ago and the staff and Dr. Carrie made her feel so special that day. She felt like a rockstar! The staff has been great about answering our questions and providing details about the need for braces. Thanks CHT!
