Very disappointed with Toivo. This guy is nuts...Avoid him at all costs. 1. We did a commercial appraisal with him and asked if the appraisal could be done in a week. on more than 2 occasions he confirmed by email it was not a problem. But when it cam time to deliver he could not even find our emails back and forth??! We had to resend all the info to him 3 times over and when the time line became an issue he gave us the cold shoulder and told me to refer to his contract :(.. My new lending institution had arranged for this company to do the appraisal of my investment property- cost of which was paid by me. An appraiser- Amber was assigned for this. All she did was emailed me several times asking for pictures and information- essentially directing me to do the work for her. I coordinated with her for a site visit on a date and time of her choosing.
