Used this contractor for three jobs. The first two involved installation of outside railings and were well done for a reasonable amount. The third job involved installation of two exterior doors and storm doors. The work was shoddy and incomplete. I attempted to contact the contractor (Tom Farrell) after the deficiencies became evident, but he chose not to respond even though I was a repeat customer. Very nice..
Asked this guy to come out and give an estimate for a roofing replacement. He came out but was interrogating me about irrelevant matters and being extremely nosey about things not related to the roofing. Extremely unprofessional. Provided no estimate.
