Chrystal was the buyer agent for the person buying my house, so didn’t work directly with her. But during the house inspection she brought a child with her. He was all over our furniture with his shoes. I had to ask my realtor to call her to ask him to stay off one of our leather chairs to avoid damaging it with his shoes. He also left his soiled underwear in our bathroom. It was extremely unprofessional. The process was challenging due to a lack of clear communication, direction, and guidance from the outset. Unfortunately, Chrystal's involvement added significant stress, and I would not choose to work with her again.

My wife and I were in the best hands with Chrystal, she guided us through the home buying process with patience and professionalism. She promptly answered any questions we had, helped steer us during some difficulties we encountered that would have been a lot more stressful without her, I highly recommend her!

Chrystal is not only one of the nicest ladies I’ve ever met, but she is also extremely helpful and fantastic at her job. One of the homes we went to look at, the snow was so bad that we had to park and walk down this long gravel road covered in snow. She was so determined to help us out that she insisted it was no trouble at all for her and walked the whole way with us. I promise you she is is who you want on your team!!
