The process was challenging due to a lack of clear communication, direction, and guidance from the outset. Unfortunately, Chrystal's involvement added significant stress, and I would not choose to work with her again.

My wife and I were in the best hands with Chrystal, she guided us through the home buying process with patience and professionalism. She promptly answered any questions we had, helped steer us during some difficulties we encountered that would have been a lot more stressful without her, I highly recommend her!

Chrystal is not only one of the nicest ladies I’ve ever met, but she is also extremely helpful and fantastic at her job. One of the homes we went to look at, the snow was so bad that we had to park and walk down this long gravel road covered in snow. She was so determined to help us out that she insisted it was no trouble at all for her and walked the whole way with us. I promise you she is is who you want on your team!!
