Absolutely the worst place. Went in so they could do some alterations to my scrubs. When I picked them up all the lady did was a thin line of stitching along where she should have cut and stitched it up. When I went back to confront her she told me next time to do it at home. Not to mention the $40 she charged me to alter the 2 shirts and she refused to refund me
The worst of the worst, they burned 4 of my t-shirt $100 each and when I confronted them she and an old lady came out saying no no no go go go no me no us, I told her I just bought them last week she reply: take them back to the store very low class ladies.. my advice take ur clothes somewhere else or you will regret it
I’ve used Chrystal for several years. I’ve taken everything from suits, dresses to cowboy hats. I just recently took some of my profit/newera caps there and they did a great job on them. They came back looking brand new.
I've been going to Chrystal Cleaners for a couple years now and they have always done an amazing job at a reasonable price.
