Chryssie's has great designer gowns at good prices. They often have trunk shows that give further discounts. I bought my gown, veil, and bridesmaids dresses from them, despite living more then three hours away. The problem comes from their customer service. The ladies working there and the owner, George, are all nice people. That said, they have issues. The shop is far too busy, and you often have to wait a long time to speak to someone. I have to say I have been going to this store for years; I've gotten my prom dresses from them when I went to high school. When it was time for me to get married I went back to my favorite shop! I just love all their dresses. They have gowns for all occasions!! It was so hard to just pick one! Great selection of bridesmaids as well.

I had been on my wedding dress search for quite sometime when i made my appointment at Chryssie's. I was so frustrated that I hadn't found I dress yet and I was so unexcited about going to another store. The shop is small but carries many designers. Their wedding dresses were gorgeous! My daughter picked her bridesmaid dress up 2 weeks ago, and tried it on in the shop to see how it fit.Well it DID'NT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The woman at Chryssies told my daughter that dresses always come in a little big.This dress isnt just a little big it is so large my daughter had to keep her street clothing on under the dress just to show the woman how rediculous it is.The woman did not offer her any assistance or advice other than this is the way it is. store and staff really nice: Have been to Chryssie's twice now. The first time was to look for my bridal gown (which is beautiful!!) and just finished going back for tuxedo rental (got a great discount). They also have alot of cool bridesmaid dresses for cheaper than I've seen elsewhere and I'm going to tell my niece about all the prom dresses & gowns. This place is a terrible. The people that work there are pushy and RUDE. Their main concern is making sure that they get their money, because they are certainly not concerned with the satisfaction of your purchase. I couldn't wait to get my dress so that I would never have to deal with these people again. Do yourself a favor and go to the next listing on this page. Trust me, you will thank me!!
