I had a great experience with Angie Lipold helping me buy a Toyota Camry. Very straightforward and easy to work with, I definitely recommend this dealership.
The car buying experience was good. The follow up was not. We were sold the vehicle with having 2 key fobs, and they would be getting us the 2nd one soon. After several follow up emails over the next couple of months and them assuring us they were working on it, they quit replying. Instead of ordering us a new Honda key fob and making things right, they have quit communicating hoping we would move on. That's poor business and one of the reasons why dealerships have a bad reputation.
The only thing I can say is the salesman that I met with and bought my vehicle, told me that I had to get the powertrain comprehensive and Gap coverage on my vehicle or my financing would not be approved. This was a false statement after the lender contacted me and asked me if I was pressured into buying this warranty package. I'm not at all happy that I was told that I had to buy the warranty in order to buy the car.
We had the best experience buying our used vehicle here. Angie, Carlos and Blake were all wonderful in being very transparent with no pressure. Thank you so much for helping us get the car we’ve being looking for.
