We were at Faricy for a service on our 2025 Grand Cherokee. I am glad they took care of the defect in the camshaft and fixed the other parts causing the tick in the engine but we were disappointed that they did not feel it necessary to drain the oil to remove any possible metal shaving from the defective cam. I also would have loved a call or text to let us know that the car was finished.

Danny understood our needs and knew exactly what versions Grand Cherokee could be flat towed behind our motorhome. He worked with us to go over their inventory and explaned features and differences clearly, with no “up sell” pressure. Great experience.

Really happy with my experience leasing a 4xe Wrangler. I was able to get most of my answers through text messaging with McCall. She was responsive and helpful throughout. It was simple to negotiate the details of the lease and to have those questions answered. Cohen in sales was helpful and friendly. He was thorough in explaining the features and streamlining the process. He went out of his way to facilitate the test drive and interactions with the finance department. Probably the best experience I have had so far. My service advisor was really good. Ashely Rose I believe. The gentleman that I usually get is super abrasive, and generally borderline rude, so it was a nice change. It just took forever… for an oil change, tire rotation, and some recall software updates. Made an appointment, scheduled at 1130, vehicle wasn’t ready until 1700. Brutal.
