Two months ago when I needed service on a check engine light it took 5 weeks to get in. I just had another light come on and it's 6 weeks until I can get it in for a stuck thermostat on my $80k vehicle ordered from them. Edited rating as when you are able to get in, the service is great.

I had the worst experience at this dealership, and as a former customer who purchased a vehicle here, I can confidently say I will never return. Recently, I found myself stranded with a dead electric vehicle (EV) battery and came to the dealership at 5:30 am to recharge. I was aware that they had an EV charger listed on the public charging map, so I thought l'd be able to pay for the charge and get back on the road.
