I have been coming to this dealership for many years but first time at SKY since Larry H Miller sold it. First of all, the new service advisor Jake was extremely condescending. Anyway I dropped my jeep off an oil change and got a message regarding recommended additional service that needed IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. Luckily I remembered that I took care of the recommended service just a few months ago when it was still under Larry H Miller.
