I hate being this person this my second review you've had my jeep for 7 days to figure out it needed batteries and a starter relay the cost is outrageous at this point I can only figure this is on purpose to charge for labor if this isn't resolved today my next steps are to start an inquiry with the division of consumer protection of utah.

Service was very kind. Went in to get a second key programmed for our vehicle. I was informed that the actual programming would take about 50 minutes but I ended up waiting about 2 hours, could be due to them not being able to get to the vehicle right away or the vehicle gave them issues not sure. They have a clean waiting room with a TV, free hot drinks, and a waiting/play area for kids.
