Worst servicing experience ever. Could not explain the bill.. 17% additional charges from no where, points to fine print in the bill. One of the last services, they conveniently forgot to put warranty on new tyres. Had to pay again for pin hole puncture. Zero accountability and responsibility.. pls avoid this center.
Horrible experience. I ordered a couple of bolts. Did not receive them, no communication what so ever about the status. Emailed them numerous times with no reply. Terrible customer service.
“We don’t do online orders anymore” - is the only thing dude(think Kevin) knows what to say. Put an order in for pickup on THEIR website and had a price I thought I was gonna get it for. Nope, don’t honor that price because “we don’t do online orders anymore” but we can still see the price and put an order in for a hold on the part. They did give me a discount but not a discount to match price I was expecting to pay. Just know that they “don’t do online order anymore” . Expect to pay full price on everything from now on.
I want to sincerely thank the management team at Dodge City of McKinney and especially my advisor, Brennan King, for their honesty and professionalism. After a difficult experience dealing with multiple other dealerships, Brennan and the team took the time to truly listen, explain the issues clearly, and help me get my car fixed the right way. Their transparency and integrity made a stressful situation much easier, and it was refreshing to work with people who genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend.
Purchased my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and Todd M was fantastic to work with. Finance Dept (Will) also wonderful. Seamless experience. Thank you guys!
