I have owned this Jeep for two years, purchased brand new, and it has already been in this dealership’s service department six separate times. One repair took two months to complete, and another took an additional month. Communication was poor throughout and staff interactions were consistently rude and dismissive. Went in for oil change, they're very organized and friendly. However, they didn't screw the oil filter all the way on and I had to go back. They fixed it but I was told everyone makes mistakes and I'm just happy it wasn't a worse situation. I take my car to the dealership because anyone else that does an oil change can't seem to do it without causing a leak or they over fill transmission fluid etc just to have a mistake made at the dealership.
