Part stocks are pretty good and service dept is OK. Getting anything scheduled can be a royal pain and the cashier (short, obese, glasses) is rude and seems angry to be at work. "JP" (parts) is helpful and fast.
The man in the service department could not have been nicer. Excellent service and a very nice person.
Today was pretty good. I was able to get in and out within a fairly reasonable amount of time.
I had a 2023 challenger that I Was stolen from this service department on Thanksgiving. My husband hit a cement barrier and when we took it up there all of a sudden " there was extensive hail damage" and apparently a theft ring has now stolen the only new car I've ever had. I'll never understand how a reputable service department can be absolutely less than. Honest
