I've had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to make an appointment for an urgent safety recall concerning a brake issue. Despite my repeated attempts to schedule this over the phone for more than a week, no one ever picks up. Left with no choice, I drove to the location in person, only to be told that they could not make an appointment for me on the spot. Recommend getting an appointment for a service. Web site very poor and hard to use
Good service center. Online booking for regular service is great. Communication is good while work is being carried out. Betsy and John have both always been really good to work with.
