When my car overheated on a trip in April 2023, I took it to my local mechanic, who told me the head gasket was leaking. Since fixing a head gasket was covered by my warranty, I took it to Seattle Jeep to have it serviced, thinking it would be a simple, straightforward process; however, that was not the case. Bait and Switch.They have a listed ad on CarGutus for a 2023 Hyundai as dealer price. after contacting them and derailing down the price they disclosed an additional $3000 mark up will be added. Once I mentioned that I will be reporting to BBB. First the said the dealer price dose not apply to out of state buyers. I never told them I was an out of stat buyer as I own a home and bossiness in Washington as well. Then they said they can sell a black color at that price not a blue color. Although the ad was for a blue color.
I was coerced into taking down a bad review and also coerced into running my credit for a loan on a vehicle by a guy named ********************* who claims to be the general manager. This dealership has very deceitful advertising and sketchy sales practices!! Both on their website and on CarGurus.com where they have their listings advertised, they have prices listed which are not the actual sales price of their vehicles, but rather a discounted price that is only available if you trade your vehicle in and also finance through one of their preferred lenders! On November 7th 2020 I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seattle. On November 20th my engine stopped working when driving my car on interstate i-5. I was simply driving and the engine and acceleration shut down in the middle of i-5 traffic. Very bad! Said I would be getting back a $1000.00 tax credit! No where on the paper work does it show up. When questioned as to where it was listed all I got was talk to anther person.But it was the sale person that said it was there. Be very careful about your trade in as well They said mine was worth only 9k and they could not go any higher than that because of some financing issue. This was an all cash deal more BS.
