Shout out to Sabrina! She absolutely killed it from start to finish and got me through all my doubts and worries when it came to the whole situation and negotiations. This team really stepped up from start to finish and she led me to Cross and then Eli. Cross and I met in the lobby. Eli helped me feel very comfortable through the whole process and I definitely felt like this dealership stood out from the rest for sure. If you want the down to earth and honest experience. I have unfortunately had to use the Collision Center for repairs after a rear end crash on my Ram. Tommy was awesome to work with and he made sure everything was perfect before getting my truck back. Recently someone dinged one of my truck doors so much so it left a sharp crease. I took my truck back to Tommy and he got me in quickly and fixed up the door in a day. The repair looks awesome! Eli, Cross, and Shane were absolutely outstanding. I am a pain in the backside to deal with and they were like fuzzy warm teddy bears. It may be an hour and a half away, but, I will go back simply for the great customer service. Thanks again gentlemen. It was a pleasure working with you.
