My jeep was in the collision center for 30 days with no work done. After contacting my insurance the dealership looked At vehicle and totaled it, 30 days for nothing.

Update August 2025: I really appreciate the customer care center there. I was in and out in a matter of minutes this time. The service is always complete and done with a smile. I like the crew, especially "Chief" - John Huff. I've been dealing with this dealership since it was Dave Burt and I can honestly say that I'm happiest with the service that I received in the latter part of that relationship compared to the onset. Quick turn around, dropped vehicle off and they were done in hardly no time.
Everyone in the service department is very friendly and helpful. When I questioned a specific repair they left my truck on the lift to demonstrate the failure which I consider above and beyond. They also performed an engine swing over a year ago and it's been running great! Thanks!
