I had a wonderful experience at this CDJR dealership. Jason was extremely polite, professional, and very helpful with my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the issue was resolved. After visiting this service department, the problem completely disappeared. I really appreciate Jason’s excellent customer service and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for reliable and professional support.
I only gave one star because zero stars wasn’t an option! Horrible, horrible experience with the service department. Told me they honor my warranty, but wanted to overcharge on parts of nearly $1000 on top of the warranty payment. When I asked why they overcharge as they are Jeep parts, the gentleman at the service desk said “because I can”. Highly do not recommend!!!!
I recently had service done on my 2022 Jeep Wrangler at Claremont CDJR. I could not have been happier with the service I received and the customer service was top notch. In my opinion, the service department at Claremont CDJR is one of the best in the business and I will gladly bring my business there again.
