I used to recommend this place to everyone. Now, since their latest move, the quality of care that the practice provides has significantly gone down hill. Medication management is near impossible. I enjoy my provider, as I’ve worked with him for many years, but the administration of the practice is horrible. I haven’t been able to get on my normal medication schedule due to their unforgiving 5-minute late policy (not ADHD-friendly) and the negligence of the front desk staff. My visit with Martha went very well and i felt that she was very imformative and she helped me on getting my issues resolved. The receptionist was polite and also the staff, so i look forward to my next appointment.
Profoundly unhelpful and did not do any properly screening questions to evaluate new patients and proceeded to recommend medications that did not fit with the patients history (not that they even bothered to check in the first place) and would be harmful for treatment of their disorder. The lack of listening to the patients and considering their concerns was very disappointing.
I like my provider Keith, he always has the right answers and listens to me and my concerns, I can vent, he'll listen !!!! Not everyday u can trust someone but I trust him as well as the Chrysalis staff.... Thanks you Keith!!!
