No doubt this business has great customer service! Mr James is quick to respond and if he is close by - no hesitation he will swing by to check what bugs are disturbing the peace whether it is bees, wasps, scorpions, spiders or other bugs. Thankful for his dedication!

This was an awesome experience. I can't tell you how much we appreciated everything James did. I just got home from a trip and was freaking out. James came out same day and even got down a wasps nest from very high up in the front of our house. He did all of this and a very fair price, I almost felt guilty that I hadn't paid enough
