I ordered a bouquet with a balloon on Saturday for my SIL that just moved to Malmstrom AFB. I understand no deliveries on the weekend. So was totally okay with delivery Monday morning/afternoon. I called this morning asking for an update of delivery time so I knew when to tell her due to errands. The lady I spoke to told me they do deliveries after 2:30p. Okay… no big deal. My sister in law ordered a bouquet of flowers and balloon for my other sister in law. It’s closing on 6pm day of delivery and it has not arrived. No estimate of delivery time was given. Overall bad experience
