Best PCM I've ever had. Willing to listen!! Works WITH ME to determine best approach to my problems. Her team is fantastic and they all are extremely responsive ... especially using mychart for messages and script refills... saves me from having to make an appointment for routine issues or getting advice...
Always cares about her patients and does her very best
Absolutely horrible experience when trying to renew a basic prescription. They are advising you have to make an appointment which is out of standard hours for people who work during the day (nothing after 4pm or weekends) for a medication to treat uric acid. The office personnel and Dr don’t care about your needs, only your money.
Not sure why she able to practice. To be her Patient you have to advocate for yourself. Once she has an idea of what's wrong she will not look at any other options until it's time for you to have surgical intervention. Choose your life stay away from here
She is top notch! She listens with a caring ear. You don't feel like you are being run through quickly.
