HIPPA Violations; after repeatedly asking them to remove them from our sessions and even filling out the official form, students and interns still continually sat in on all of my sessions. The worst set of therapists I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. They push people beyond their limits without giving them any clear distressed tolerance skills when they are anxious and clearly anxiety producing situations. Update... Once I filed with the BBB I got an entirely cold response. Settled for a refund and not engaging them which they clearly wanted. So they billed me again the next day. Resolved it through the BBB and then recreated a balance. Horrible situation. Sorry I ever thought about contacting them at all. I never set foot in this place. Never spoke to anyone on the phone. Never had an appointment because my first scheduled appointment was cancelled by them. I was already put off by the excessive fees for any kind of support u... read more
