Sara is one of, if not the best masseuse I have ever had. I always show up to Maui with my body completely wrecked from the year of sitting at my computer and just generally not treating it well, and within 1-2 sessions, I am back to normal. Her style is both technical (using muscle resets, stretching etc) and relaxing (deep massage, Swedish etc) and it’s this combination that works so perfectly. I would recommend her to anyone in the Maui/Kapalua area who needs some help!
The Chrysalis Experience with Sara Hellend is a transformative experience! I have received several sessions, and each time we communicate about what is happening with my body and she has just the right modality to help bring my body back to balance. Most recently, I was having jaw pain due to some dental surgery and after the session the pain was gone! I highly recommend her!
