Sara was our yoga instructor at a local spa in 2015 and I was so impressed with her teaching methods and personable nature that I now make a point to reach out and take a class from her each time we visit Maui. Sara is a gift to us all! Since losing both of my parents within a year, I have been dealing with terrible compounding grief and a feeling of total shut down. Sara is one of, if not the best masseuse I have ever had. I always show up to Maui with my body completely wrecked from the year of sitting at my computer and just generally not treating it well, and within 1-2 sessions, I am back to normal. Her style is both technical (using muscle resets, stretching etc) and relaxing (deep massage, Swedish etc) and it’s this combination that works so perfectly. I would recommend her to anyone in the Maui/Kapalua area who needs some help!
