Do not seek care from this facility if you expect timely care and communication. Very poor case management. They don’t answer the phones or respond to voicemails. I had them answer the phone only twice for me. My provider keeps forgetting to send me materials and takes days to respond. Feeling very unheard and my healthcare seriously neglected with these guys. Probably the most biased and incompetent “counselors” in the city. Don’t expect a “fair” outcome if you’re not the one paying for it. I have been told one thing in person and lied to in a email pertaining services. It’s sad this is who the courts have deemed “credible.” If this is the best they have, we are in serious trouble.
