I went here when I was younger and the provider was always busy I never got to see her and have 1v1 time so I had to switch therapist after a year or 2 seeing her they never Awnser phones never give u a call back I recommend going to see another provider if u want better care
Vouching for another individual who talks about timely manner... Their lack of communication cost me my Air Force Career. Absolutely not. Then they just do not respond or engage with their patients. Do not waste your time at that terrible clinic.
Do not seek care from this facility if you expect timely care and communication. Very poor case management. They don’t answer the phones or respond to voicemails. I had them answer the phone only twice for me. My provider keeps forgetting to send me materials and takes days to respond. Feeling very unheard and my healthcare seriously neglected with these guys. They’re the only place in the area that does adult autism evaluations or I'd have switched to a different provider by now. I hope this review does not affect my qualit... read more
