When I started this program, I had to walk with a cane and could not walk 1/4 mile without stopping due to back pain. Six weeks later I was walking 3+ miles daily. I love the staff, they are hands down amazing!!! I learned alot.....best decision I made to better myself mentally and physically!!!
The staff is accommodating and courteous! The therapists are awesome and thorough! It's a great place to go when you want your own individual treatment plan! I've learned so much from them.
