I’ve been a patient here for years now and while I haven’t been in quite a few months - the voicemail I received today wasn’t appreciated. I originally had double coverage during most of my care here and only recently changed insurance. I have preferred to come here for managing my chronic pain despite moving almost an hour south and even waiting for 30 mins to an hour to be seen in the past a few times (when I arrived extra early too). I really appreciate my doctors and nurses as they just care about you and your care. Doc West seen on my face I wasn't doing well and he came up w a plan that didn't involve a pill to solve it. Came up w lots of options that gave me hope . I'm so lucky and thankful for the time they give me. Thank you from bottom of my heart.
