I called Chronic Health Counseling after a friend of mine recommended their office. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and was relieved to find a therapist who really “got me”. I have been extremely happy with not only my therapist but with overall experience, front desk, scheduling, etc!!!!
My Aunt has been receiving counseling here, and our family is so grateful for the care and kindness they’ve shown. The staff are warm, patient, and truly take the time to listen and make their clients feel comfortable. It’s such a relief knowing she is supported by people who genuinely care. I highly recommend this office.
Reached out to get information for my sister. One of the therapists got back to me and came across pretty rude. Signed her email with “warmly” although her response was honestly off putting. I was just trying to help my sister through a hard time and find her help that she needs and this lady just pushed her process back since she is even more afraid to find someone that isn’t warm or kind.
